Business Analyst to Global Managing Director

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst to the Global Managing Director, located in Gurugram. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, developing business requirements, and providing recommendations for improvements. Daily tasks will include conducting in-depth analysis, preparing reports, and ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.

• Good command on the P&L analysis and various financial reports

Stakeholder management:

1. Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, legal, compliance) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with managerial and executive teams
2. Evaluate, analyze, and communicate business requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain processes, including the delivery of monthly MIS from the respective departments
3. Analyzing organization's large data sets to provide actionable insights
4. Evaluating business’s operations to analyze their cost and efficiency
5. Demonstrated ability to perform standard analyses such as performance analyses, competitive analyses, and market analyses.
6. Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations with key stakeholders and circulate MOM along with follow up for closure of actionable points
