Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an AGM/GM Business Development, located in Pune. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing and implementing business development strategies, and achieving sales targets. The AGM/GM will also be responsible for negotiating contracts, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship skills
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Experience in the security or facilities management industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
