Job Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in understanding business needs, analyzing data, and delivering actionable insights to support decision-making and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders. Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams. Conduct market research, data analysis, and reporting using Excel, Power BI, or other tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet business objectives. Assist in the development of business cases and ROI analysis. Prepare user stories, use cases, process flows, and wireframes. Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment review of solutions. Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams. Required Skills: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, IT, or related field. 0 to 9 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or similar role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation tools. Good understanding of business processes and software development lifecycle. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Agile methodology. Knowledge of data analysis or visualization techniques.
