As a Business Analyst, you will analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. A typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and synthesize information, assessing current states, and identifying customer requirements to define future states or business solutions. You will engage in research activities to ensure that the solutions proposed align with the organizational goals and meet the needs of the users effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. - Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for development teams. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis in Banking domain. Also, minimum 3 years in SQL. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Ability to create detailed documentation and reports to communicate findings effectively. - Experience in stakeholder management and facilitating discussions to gather requirements.
