Business Analyst

As a skilled and business-savvy Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer requirements and identifying potential customizations or configurations in existing ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between non-technical business users and technical developers by clearly articulating requirements and translating business needs into actionable specifications. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze business processes and their interactions with ERP systems. By identifying customer pain points, you will suggest ERP-level customizations or configurations to address business needs effectively. Additionally, you will create functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and wireframes based on business requirements to support solution design discussions and ensure proposed changes align with ERP capabilities. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will document current and future state business processes with a focus on efficiency and scalability. You will work alongside ERP consultants, solution architects, and development teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment. Participating in testing, user validation, and feedback collection will be essential to refine delivered solutions while maintaining clear and organized documentation. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in projects involving ERP platforms. Your strong understanding of ERP modules and their business impact, coupled with the ability to learn and analyze ERP workflows, data models, and business rules quickly, will be critical. Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication, as well as familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and process mapping tools like Lucidchart or Visio, are essential skills for this position. Additionally, knowledge of the software development lifecycle, particularly Agile/Scrum methodologies, and experience working with development teams will be beneficial. Preferred qualifications include exposure to ERP customization/configuration projects, a background in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, finance, or services, and an understanding of integration points between ERP and external systems. Your solution-oriented mindset, ability to engage with clients, propose practical ERP-based solutions, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.,
