Business Analyst

Position Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis, data visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Collect, interpret, and analyze data using SQL and Power BI.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
