Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in business process analysis, data visualization, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SQL and Power BI, along with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Collect, interpret, and analyze data using SQL and Power BI.
Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports for management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI is required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
