Business Analyst

• Develop and document detailed product requirements based on market research, user needs, and business goals.
  Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring alignment with overall product vision.

2. Competition Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research and analysis of competitors in the Quality Management Software space.
  Identify market trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities to inform product strategy and positioning.

3. UI/UX Translation:

• Collaborate closely with the UX/UI designer to translate product requirements into user-friendly designs and interfaces.
  Provide feedback and guidance to ensure that design concepts meet functional and user experience objectives.

4. Business Requirements Development:

• Work with developers and QA engineers to create clear, actionable business requirements and user stories.
  Ensure that requirements are comprehensive, unambiguous, and aligned with technical capabilities.

5. Product Documentation:

• Partner with the CEO to transform high-level ideas and strategic goals into detailed product documents and specifications.
  Maintain and update product documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):

• Oversee the UAT process to ensure that the product meets business requirements and user expectations.
  Coordinate with QA and end-users to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.

7. Client Feedback Integration:

• Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and analyze client feedback on product performance and functionality.
  Use feedback to drive product enhancements and improvements, ensuring continuous alignment with client needs.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Facilitate communication and coordination between design, development, QA, and other teams to ensure project success.
  Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to address questions, issues, and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a SAAS or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Software and industry best practices.
• Proven experience in conducting competitive analysis and translating business needs into detailed product requirements.
• Proficiency in working with UX/UI designers to develop user-friendly interfaces and designs.
• Experience in writing clear and comprehensive business and technical documentation.
• Solid knowledge of UAT processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
