This is a full-time role as a Functional Consultant: Food Safety Software Implementation. The Functional Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day project work, including understanding customer requirements for the software, configuring the software to meet these requirements, and training the customers on its use. The Functional Consultant will work closely with customers, project managers, and other team members to ensure successful implementation of the software. Key Responsibilities: 1. Documentation Reporting: Document all processes, configurations, and customer interactions for future reference and audits. Generate reports on project progress, milestones, and key deliverables for both internal and customer review. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in both the software implementation process and customer business processes.
