Job Description

About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing team a bridge and infrastructure construction company. The role is focused on streamlining reporting, improving visibility, and bringing data-driven decision-making across our projects. Key Responsibilities: Design and maintain reporting dashboards for project progress, site expenses, material movement, and vendor payments. Consolidate data from multiple sites and teams into a single reporting framework. Perform cost and variance analysis to identify leakages and improvement opportunities. Work closely with the management team to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Help automate reports and maintain clean, auditable datasets in Excel/Google Sheets. Requirements: Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards, formulas, macros preferred). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and comfort handling large data sets. Experience with construction, contracting, or project-based businesses is a plus. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, MIS, or reporting roles. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, or related field.
