Job Description

Role: We’re looking for Site Civil Engineers who are passionate about on-ground execution and want to grow in the infrastructure sector. The role involves managing day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality, and maintaining coordination between the site and head office. Key Responsibilities: Supervise construction work at site and ensure adherence to design and quality standards. Manage labour, materials, and machinery at site efficiently. Maintain daily site reports, measurements, and progress updates. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors for smooth execution. Ensure safety, cost control, and timely completion of project milestones. Requirements: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (minimum qualification). 0–5 years of experience in construction (bridge / road / structure projects preferred). Sound understanding of drawings, site planning, and quantity measurement. Proficiency in Excel and basic site documentation. Willingness to relocate or travel between project sites.
