Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage day-to-day

  on-site construction activities

  .
• Ensure

  architectural and structural designs

  are implemented accurately as per working drawings.

• Plan, monitor, and schedule

  construction work in line with project timelines.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants

  to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct

  site inspections

  to verify compliance with design, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain

  daily progress reports

  , material usage records, and work schedules.

• Allocate resources and manpower

  based on project priorities.
• Liaise with

  clients and project managers

  to communicate site progress and address issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to

  safety protocols

  and statutory construction regulations.

• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve

  on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.

Desired Profile:

• Education:

  Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.

• Experience:

  Minimum 4+ years of experience in a architecture / construction company, preferably in

  high-rise building or institutional projects

  .

• Technical Proficiency:

• Microsoft Word & Excel

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit (preferred)
• Project Management tools (added advantage)

Key Skills:

• Strong understanding of

  construction methods, materials, and sequencing

  .
• Ability to

  read and interpret blueprints, working drawings, and technical specifications

  .
• Proficient in

  Construction Management and Quality Control

  .
• Excellent

  communication and coordination

  abilities.
• Strong

  problem-solving and decision-making

  skills.
• Effective

  time management and leadership

  to manage site teams and contractors.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be well-versed with

  building codes and safety regulations

  .
• Should be capable of managing multiple tasks and working under tight deadlines.
• Experience in

  liaising with government bodies and consultants

  will be an added advantage.
