The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering post-sale requirements, managing client relationships, and ensuring successful solution delivery through documentation, analysis, and support. Key Responsibilities: Engage with clients post-sale to gather detailed functional and technical requirements. Prepare and maintain documentation including: AS-IS / TO-BE processes , SRS , FRS , BRD , use cases , process flows , and mockups . Provide support to delivery and implementation teams , ensuring client needs are met. Conduct gap analysis and solution validation with internal teams and stakeholders. Prepare project proposals , handover documents , and technical reports. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure change management is aligned and adopted effectively. Lead presentations and demos for stakeholders during the onboarding and post-implementation phase. Identify potential risks, escalations, and contribute to problem-solving and resolution strategies .
