Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, gathering requirements, analyzing data, and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into clear, actionable requirements
• Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, IT, and operations
• Support testing, implementation, and post-deployment validation
• Continuously monitor business performance and propose improvements

Qualifications

• Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and business process modelling tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus

Certifications

• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
• Experience in [industry, e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce]
