Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, and identify improvement opportunities. Lead ongoing business process reviews and develop optimization strategies. Stay updated with IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Perform requirements analysis and document outcomes. Communicate insights and plans effectively to cross-functional teams. Gather critical information from stakeholders and produce reports. Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff. Manage resources efficiently and ensure cost effectiveness. Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements. Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs. Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and users. Manage competing priorities and monitor deliverables for timely completion. Support project management and coordination. KRA (Key Result Areas):
Define and document customer business functions and processes. Identify and document business needs, objectives, and operational procedures. Analyze feasibility and develop requirements for new or upgraded systems. Ensure system design aligns with user needs. Support change management strategies. Monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion. Participate in user acceptance testing and functionality testing. Experience Qualifications:
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience: Fresher to 1 Year.
