Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Presales, Requirement Gathering, Wireframing, Effort Estimation, and Proposal Preparation. The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between clients, sales, and delivery teams, ensuring that technical solutions meet client needs while being commercially viable.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to create winning proposals and solution pitches.
• Lead the estimation process for new projects, including effort, cost, and timeline calculations (Fixed Price, T&M, and Service-based models).
• Work closely with clients to capture requirements, prepare detailed wireframes, and define the project scope.
• Participate in client meetings and act as a technical & functional expert during the presales cycle.
• Develop ballpark estimates and validate them with relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the complete proposal lifecycle: scope finalization, solution design review, pricing, and documentation.
• Prepare and present proposals alongside the sales team to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure feasibility and delivery capability for proposed solutions.
• Ensure proposals are profitable while meeting client requirements and expectations.
• Maintain high-quality documentation for requirement analysis, functional specifications, and solution outlines.

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Proven track record in Presales, Wireframing, Ballpark Estimation, Proposal Writing, and Functional Analysis.
• Hands-on experience in solutioning, sizing, and creating winning value propositions.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies including UX/UI, Mobility, IoT, eCommerce, and Enterprise Applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage complex opportunities.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Process-oriented mindset with adherence to reporting and approval protocols.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
