Job Description

The data analyst role is to help organizations make informed, data-driven decisions by collecting, processing, analysing, and interpreting data.
Data-Driven Strategy: Support key executive decisions with deep data analysis and insights.
Tech Implementation: Efficiency in using Python, RPA, Power Automate, and AI platforms.
Visualize Success: Build powerful dashboards in Power BI/Tableau to monitor and predict performance.

Responsible for collecting analysing the PAN India Sales Marketing data
Assist in analysing the market research data
Co-ordination with all BH/VH for data MIS for weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual sales review
Branch Data Analysis PPT (MRM/PRM)
Preparation of SBU Corporate PPTs
Analyse ZOHO data for sales and marketing insights

Qualifications

Education: MBA in Marketing from reputed institution.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in any industry
Skills: Strong working knowledge of Python, MS Office, Power BI/Tableau, and experience with automation (RPA/Power Automate) for data analysis.
Excellect communication skills in English, Hindi, Bengali
