Job Description

As a Business Analyst of Performance Materials at Envalior, you will play a crucial role in supporting the strategic and operational management of the product portfolio across the region. Your responsibilities will include: - Portfolio Strategy & Optimization: - Supporting the development and execution of regional product line strategies aligned with global objectives - Conducting regular assessments of the product mix to ensure alignment with market demand and profitability targets - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize and rationalize the PM portfolio - Margin Management: - Analyzing pricing structures and cost drivers to identify opportunities for margin improvement - Recommending strategic pricing actions in alignment with the global pricing managers and RPM's - Supporting the implementation of value-based pricing in the Asia region - Pipeline Development & Commercialization: - Supporting initiatives to expand market reach and accelerate pipeline conversion - Supporting the commercialization of new products and enhancements tailored to APAC market needs - Regional Product Development: - Collaborating with R&D and technical teams to steer product developments specific to the Asia region - Collecting market insights and customer feedback for the RPM's to guide innovation and product adaptation - Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: - Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to identify threats and opportunities - Providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and differentiation - Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Working closely with Global Business Line, Supply Chain, Commercial, and Finance/Controlling to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Business, or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, marketing, or commercial roles within B2B industrial or specialty materials sectors - Strong analytical skills and business acumen - Experience working in multicultural and cross-functional environments - Good Excel skills are advantageous - Fluent in English; Chinese speaking is a plus In addition to the exciting role, Envalior offers competitive compensation packages, comprehensive benefits supporting your financial security and well-being, work-life balance, training & development opportunities, and a commitment to diversity & inclusion.
