Job Description We are hiring an experienced Business Development professional to lead our automotive electronics product linespecifically focusing on cameras, parking sensors, and ADAS solutions for Tier 1 suppliers and OEMs. The ideal candidate must come from the same industry and bring a proven track record of selling electronic components in the automotive domain. Key Responsibilities Client & Business Development Drive strategic growth and achieve sales targets across assigned regions and accounts. Build and nurture strong relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEM clients. Identify new business opportunities and product fit in collaboration with internal technical teams. Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and client meetings. Sales Operations & Execution Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment. Coordinate with R&D, production, and after-sales teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements. Negotiate contracts that align with internal margin and policy guidelines. Forecast sales volumes and support demand planning. Cross-Functional Communication Act as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders. Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and market trends to management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering , or Business Administration . Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or sales within automotive electronics (Tier 1 supplier/OEM domain) . Must have hands-on experience in selling cameras, parking sensors, or ADAS products . Strong background in sales negotiation with automotive OEMs . Must be fluent in English and Mandarin . Willingness to travel as per business needs. Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points) Prior experience leading a business development or regional sales team. Strong understanding of global automotive supply chain . Familiarity with automotive quality standards like IATF 16949 . Only candidates with relevant automotive electronics industry experience will be considered.
