Key Responsibilities

Client & Business Development

• Drive strategic growth and achieve sales targets across assigned regions and accounts.
  
• Build and nurture strong relationships with Tier 1 suppliers and OEM clients.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and product fit in collaboration with internal technical teams.
  
• Lead technical discussions, product presentations, and client meetings.
  

Sales Operations & Execution

• Manage the entire sales cycle from inquiry to order fulfillment.
  
• Coordinate with R&D, production, and after-sales teams to ensure product alignment with customer requirements.
  
• Negotiate contracts that align with internal margin and policy guidelines.
  
• Forecast sales volumes and support demand planning.
  

Cross-Functional Communication

• Act as the key interface between customers and internal stakeholders.
  
• Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and market trends to management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering

  , or

  Business Administration

  .
• Minimum

  8 years of experience

  in business development or sales within

  automotive electronics (Tier 1 supplier/OEM domain)

  .
• Must have hands-on experience in selling

  cameras, parking sensors, or ADAS products

  .
• Strong background in

  sales negotiation with automotive OEMs

  .
• Must be fluent in

  English and Mandarin

  .
• Willingness to travel as per business needs.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Plus Points)

• Prior experience leading a business development or regional sales team.
  
• Strong understanding of

  global automotive supply chain

  .
• Familiarity with automotive quality standards like

  IATF 16949
