Role & responsibilities Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities: Monitor and analyse quality data across the organization to drive continuous improvement. Set and implement company-wide quality objectives and performance targets. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Conduct regular internal audits and support external audits as required. Develop and implement quality training strategies to enhance team capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of quality initiatives with business goals. Frequently travel to all plant locations to oversee quality processes and ensure uniformity of standards. Required Expertise: Strong knowledge and practical application of ISO standards, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and regulatory compliance.
