· Strong experience in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process
modeling.
· Expertise in BRD/FSD creation, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
· Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, and Azure ADO. Domain
Knowledge
· Deep understanding of aviation operations: Crew Scheduling, Flight Ops,
Safety.
· Familiarity with regulatory compliance (FAA/EASA) and airline industry
standards.
· Knowledge of Resource Scheduling Management Systems and CMS
modules.
