This role expect the resource to be working in client premises (Factory) - Hosakote, Bangalore

The role requires a highly professional Digitalization and IT person with a global mind-set and with ability to demonstrate a balance between clear strategic direction, insightful operational decision making and ability to execute successful supporting development activities.

• As the work for IM requires involvement of many different units, it is essential to have capacity to cooperate in an efficient way.

• Experience from working with lean/agile concepts in order to drive efficiency and maximize value for the business is of value.

• Provide advisory support to stakeholders to gather and identify their needs and problems and explain how MTM-NG address them

Interact with MTM-NG Solution experts to identify the gaps and agree about required evolution of the MTM-NG

• Participate in the local validation of the MTM-NG local setup as well as new releases

• Interact with factory users to collect expectations and understanding of the operational context

• Follow up with factory users the actual usage of the MTM-NG solution over time and adherence to the defined business processes

• Assist stakeholders to build a roadmap of the digital transformation projects, implement valuable pieces of work in a logical sequence, and ensure that they can get value at each implementation.

• • Work closely with core business representatives, UI/UX experts, Architects to understand expectations and work towards making the transformations as seamless as possible for the business.
