Employment Type: Contract to hire Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: - Immediate joiners Skills : Must-Have Skills: Subject Matter Expertise in Reinsurance, including composite reinsurance structures and financial workflows. Proven experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance roles within insurance or reinsurance domains. Strong SQL skills for data validation, profiling, and analysis. Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and test cases. Experience working with data layers/medallion architecture in financial systems. Nice to Have: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines. Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Show more Show less
