Key Responsibilities:
Having 4-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Engage with customers to analyze, understand, and document business requirements across various domains (Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).
Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD) following Odoo standard workflows.
Conduct gap analysis between customer requirements and Odoo’s standard features.
Provide recommendations to optimize processes using Odoo standard modules instead of customizations where possible.
Collaborate with technical and functional consultants to ensure correct solution delivery.
Assist in system configuration, testing, and UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Create training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
Support project managers in scope definition, effort estimation, and project planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in Odoo (preferably Odoo 16–19 Enterprise).
Strong understanding of Odoo standard modules and workflows.
Excellent documentation skills (BRD, FSD, Process Flow Diagrams).
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodology is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
