Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Business Development Manager (Software Lead Generation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and closing leads for software development and IT services—both from domestic (Indian government & enterprise) and international (Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn) channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business leads through Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, and other freelance/outsourcing platforms.
  • Identify and develop business opportunities with Government agencies (GEM, NICSI, UP Electronics, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit proposals, tenders, and bids for government and private projects.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a consistent communication pipeline.
  • Research market trends and identify potential business expansion areas.
  • Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to prepare client presentations and demos.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in lead generation or business development for IT/software services.
  • Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Familiarity with GEM, NICSI, and other government procurement platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technology trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
