Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders and end users.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications.
Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to improve existing processes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, QA, and other stakeholders.
Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business insights.
Conduct market and competitor research when required.
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in change management activities.
Communicate clearly and regularly with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, Confluence, or similar.
Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
Strong communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI (preferred).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MBA or relevant certification (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
0 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
