Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities-

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
• Develop detailed business cases to support proposed initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
• Create clear and concise documentation, including business process diagrams, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Conduct thorough testing of solutions to validate functionality and ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to business users, including training and troubleshooting assistance.
• Monitor project progress and performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in business analysis to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
