Job Description

As a Business Analyst at Division Digital Enterprise (DE) in the DE Business Partner for MNS and PACCL department based in Gurgaon, your primary role is to bridge the gap between the organization's IT capabilities and its business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: - Grasping Business Requirements: Understanding the specific needs and challenges faced by the business and its various departments. - Data Analysis: Gathering and analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to the business operations. - Solution Formulation: Identifying and recommending strategies to address business issues and improve performance. - Process Enhancement: Recommending improvements to operational workflows, systems, and methodologies to increase efficiency. - Facilitating Communication: Ensuring smooth information flow between IT teams and business stakeholders to clarify needs and expected outcomes. - Aiding in Deployment: Supporting the rollout of new systems or processes, including validation, training, and transition support. - Evaluating Results: Continuously assessing the impact of implemented changes and suggesting further refinements for ongoing improvement. - Taking complete ownership of assigned projects. - Experience in Agile environments. - Proficiency in JIRA or equivalent project tracking tool. In terms of qualifications, you should have: - Graduation with a specialization in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent. - Post Graduation with a specialization in a related field Master's degree. - 5-10 years of work experience.
