Business Analyst

Role Description We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our product implementation team. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, customize solutions, and ensure smooth delivery of our healthcare IT products. This role bridges business needs with technical execution, driving adoption of innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document client requirements, workflows, and integration needs.
• Translate business needs into user stories and product specifications.
• Support solution design, configuration, and implementation.
• Coordinate UAT, ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HL7, FHIR, HIPAA, ABDM).
• Act as the link between clients, product, and engineering teams.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

3–6 years of Implementation/Support experience, preferably in healthcare IT.

Graduated with Masters in Healthcare Administration or MBA with Hospital Administration or B Tech IT/CSc or MCA

Strong knowledge of healthcare workflows, EHR/EMR, claims, or digital health systems.

Familiarity with interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR) and compliance (HIPAA, ABDM).

Excellent analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
