Role Description

SkillzenLoop is seeking a proactive Business Analyst Intern to help us translate business objectives into technical requirements. In this role, you will act as a vital link between our stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that our products and processes align with market needs and company goals. This is a perfect opportunity to develop skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and strategic planning.

Primary Responsibilities

• Requirement Gathering: Assist in conducting workshops and interviews with stakeholders to document functional and non-functional requirements.

• Process Mapping: Analyze existing business workflows and create "As-Is" and "To-Be" process maps to identify areas for improvement.

• Data Synthesis: Work with the data team to interpret business metrics and assist in making data-driven recommendations.

• Documentation: Create detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and User Stories for the development team.

• UAT Support: Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that the final product meets the defined business requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an MBA, or a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.

• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

• Documentation Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Lucidchart is a plus.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.

• Mindset: A curious, detail-oriented approach with a strong interest in business strategy and technology.
