Business Analyst - Insurance

Qualifications -

1.Masters degree in business administration.

2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the insurance or financial services industry, with expertise in broking placement processes.

3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

5. Proficiency in business analysis tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to broking and claims processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Business Process Analysis:o Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing global broking placement processes.o Identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains to support the overall transformation goals.

2. Requirements Gathering:o Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for the transformation program.o Ensure alignment of requirements with the broader goals of the organization.

3. Transformation Planning:o Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to develop project plans for the implementation of broking placement initiatives.o Contribute to the development of a roadmap for the transformation program.

4. Data Analysis and Reporting:o Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to broking placement initiatives.o Develop and maintain reports that provide key performance indicators for the transformation program.

5. Technology Integration:o Collaborate with IT teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for technology solutions.o Ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing processes.

6. Change Management:o Support change management initiatives related to the transformation program.o Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition to new processes and systems.
