Job Description

Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, interpret, and visualize data to support business decision-making. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Data Scaling, Presentation, and MS Excel, along with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large datasets. Roles & Responsibilities:Collect, clean, format, and analyze raw data from multiple sources. Apply data scaling techniques to standardize and prepare data for analysis. Develop dashboards, charts, and visual reports for business presentations. Prepare reports, graphs, and PPTs to present insights in a clear and professional manner. Use MS Excel (Advanced) for complex data functions, pivot tables, formulas, and analysis. Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support planning and business growth. Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and KPIs. Maintain data accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (preferred). Strong expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, dashboards, formulas, macros preferred). Knowledge of Data Scaling, Data Cleansing, and Data Visualization. Excellent skills in presentations using PowerPoint or BI tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage large datasets and deliver insights under deadlines.
