Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager - Fund Accounting BA! CTC -16 LPA 6-8Yrs ( 4 Yrs relevant) In this role, the requirement would be to gather user requirements for the development teams, facilitating design reviews with the business and manage the overall rollout plans including QA, user testing, staff training and final delivery. Responsibilities β Candidate to have knowledge of Hedge Funds and Alternative investments structures. β Basic knowledge of hedge fund investor servicing, transfer agency, investor accounting and implementation of fund terms β Strong experience in gathering requirements, testing, system roll outs, data conversion and integration projects β Strong project management skills with ability to take ownership & lead projects independently with minimum supervision β Experience working with technical teams (internal as well as vendor led) to drive the build out of systems β To understand Product requirements & develop test plan, test cases, execute tests & defect management. β Ability to run SIT & UAT end to end. β Hands on experience in Manual/ Automation Testing Experience in Sanity, Functional and Regression Testing. β Understanding of Testing life cycle and Testing Frameworks & Concepts. β Knowledge of Defect management and defect life cycle process. β Prepare scenarios/ test cases as per business requirement (manual & automation) β Execution and evidence documentation as per SIT & UAT process. β Experience & efficient in JIRA and other testing Applications. β Interact with Client (IT 1 Business) for UAT requirements/issues / sign offs. β Prepare and publish daily UAT Status report. β Prepare and publish UAT sign off documents, β Responsible for project deliverables (Testing, documentation, Project status etc) β To work with IT, Product owner & analyst & Testing team for completing testing tasks & dependencies. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications β CA/ MBA/ CFA/ Engineer preferred with 5+ years of overall experience, with 2-3 years in process improvement/ project management. AGILE experience preferred. β CBP, PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFE, PRINCE2, ISTQB or similar certifications would be preferred Ability to work with Microsoft office: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Share point, Access Knowledge of databases & databases concepts Preferred Qualifications/ Skills β Working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Rally, or any other in-house developed tools Show more Show less
