Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring project success through clear communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes.

Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to define project scope and objectives.

Create clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories.

Facilitate requirement workshops, client meetings, and sprint planning sessions.

Work closely with the UI/UX and technical teams to ensure solutions align with user and business needs.

Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.

Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements.

Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.

Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.

Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions.

Top-notch verbal and written communication skills — must be able to interact confidently with clients and internal teams.

Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Lucidchart, or Figma for workflow and documentation.

Good to Have:

Experience working in product-based or SaaS environments.

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, APIs, and system integrations.

Exposure to data analytics, BI tools, or SQL is an added advantage.

Experience in preparing project proposals, user manuals, and training documentation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
