Business Analyst (Healthcare Domain)

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at our team in Ahmedabad, you will play a crucial role in understanding business needs, translating them into technical requirements, and ensuring project success through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Your excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be essential for excelling in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes. - Collaborate with clients, product owners, and development teams to define project scope and objectives. - Create clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, and User Stories. - Facilitate requirement workshops, client meetings, and sprint planning sessions. - Work closely with the UI/UX and technical teams to ensure solutions align with user and business needs. - Identify process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions. - Support testing and validation to ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements. - Serve as the bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects. - Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies. - Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication. - Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable solutions. - Top-notch verbal and written communication skills; must be able to interact confidently with clients and internal teams. - Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Office, Lucidchart, or Figma for workflow and documentation. Additional Details: Experience in preparing project proposals, user manuals, and training documentation would be considered an advantage.
