Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate business workflows, identify gaps, and propose process improvement initiatives.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into clear, measurable business requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
• Support management in developing business plans, performance metrics, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor implementation of process changes and ensure they align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, HR, and other departments to streamline processes and optimize resource utilization.
• Assist in project planning, execution tracking, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Employ strong communication and analytical skills to bridge gaps between teams and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
• Required

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (both verbal and written).
