Professional Services

At B.I.R Solutions client LeadSquared, the Professional Services team works with the sales team to build solutions for our customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients. The team is super critical as it directly impacts revenue and customer satisfaction. Education & Experience:

●      Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology

Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience

●      Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Sales Process domains preferred

Technical Skills:

●      Understanding of cloud-based applications delivery and consumption models

●      Knowledge of SaaS application features and business challenges

●      Proficiency in business process mapping and workflow design

●      Experience with data analysis and requirements documentation tools

Soft Skills:

●      Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills

●      Customer success-oriented attitude with strong business acumen

●      Excellent written and oral English communication skills

●      Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously

●      Exceptional critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities

●      Flexibility to travel as required

●      Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

●      Experience with CRM implementations and business process optimization

●      Understanding of sales and marketing automation workflows
