At B.I.R Solutions client LeadSquared, the Professional Services team works with the sales team to build solutions for our customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients. The team is super critical as it directly impacts revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering:

  Understand customers' business needs through detailed analysis and stakeholder interviews

• Solution Design:

  Devise appropriate solutions using LeadSquared platform capabilities aligned with customer business objectives

• Ecosystem Analysis:

  Understand the software and tools ecosystem of the Customer and recommend integration strategies

• Data Migration Strategy:

  Analyze existing customer data and digital assets to design optimal migration approaches

• Stakeholder Management:

  Serve as primary business point of contact for customers during solution design phase

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility

• Requirements Documentation:

  Create comprehensive business requirements documents and solution blueprints

• Process Optimization:

  Identify areas for process improvement and automation in customer workflows

• Business Case Development:

  Support upsell/cross-sell opportunities by identifying additional business value propositions

• Metrics & KPIs:

  Define and track success metrics for solution effectiveness

Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Technology

• Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience

  in Business Analysis for world-class SaaS products
• Experience in CRM, Marketing Automation, or Sales Process domains preferred

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of cloud-based applications delivery and consumption models
• Knowledge of SaaS application features and business challenges
• Proficiency in business process mapping and workflow design
• Experience with data analysis and requirements documentation tools

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Customer success-oriented attitude with strong business acumen
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
• Exceptional critical thinking and strategic thinking capabilities
• Flexibility to travel as required
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CRM implementations and business process optimization
• Understanding of sales and marketing automation workflows
• Experience working with global clients across different time zones
