Job Description

Key Responsibility and Exp Criteria

Person should have Worked on Anaplan environment preferably in BFSI Sector .
Person should have experience into Financial Planning & Analysis, Incentive & Commission management on Anaplan.
Should have exposure to Planning / Budgeting for AUM along with detailed analysis at product & channel level.
Should have exposure to Comprehensive cost analysis & reporting at BU level highlighting key variations against baseline parameters.
He/she should have Performed Revenue and AUM analysis at client level identifying key drivers of variation in performance on a monthly basis.
Driving financial transformation, process simplification and automation to bring in operational efficiencies.
Should have worked on integration with Base application/ERP / Data bricks environments.

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Experience

Preferably 3-6 years

Minimum 1 E2E implementation exposure.

Education

MBA

Anaplan Certification

Skills & Competencies

Good knowledge of business processes in domain managed
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
Stakeholder Management
Strong Communication Skills
