At B.I.R Solutions client LeadSquared, the Professional Services team works with the sales team to build solutions for our customers and own the implementation and onboarding of new clients. The team is super critical as it directly impacts revenue and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  •       

    Technical Implementation:

    Execute end-to-end implementation of LeadSquared platform based on solution design
  •       

    System Integration:

    Design and implement integrations between LeadSquared and customer's existing software ecosystem
  •       

    Data Migration:

    Execute data migration plans including cleansing, mapping, and validation of customer data and digital assets
  •       

    Configuration & Customization:

    Configure LeadSquared platform according to customer requirements and implement necessary customizations
  •       

    Technical Project Management:

    Execute implementation plans and ensure customers go live within promised timeframes
  •       

    Integration Management:

    Serve as technical point of contact for all implementation-related integrations and technical queries
  •       

    Technical Documentation:

    Create technical documentation, integration guides, and implementation runbooks
  •       

    Quality Assurance:

    Conduct thorough testing of implementations and integrations before go-live
  •       

    Technical Support:

    Provide post-implementation technical support and troubleshooting
  •       

    Stakeholder Communication:

    Communicate technical progress and status updates to clients and internal stakeholders
  •       

    Cross-team Collaboration:

    Work with Product Development team for technical feedback and post-implementation reviews
  •       

    Process Automation:

    Identify technical implementation processes that can be automated and work on automation solutions
  •       

    Technical Consultation:

    Provide technical consultation for upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  •       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Technology
  •       

    Minimum 10+ years of mandatory experience

    in technical implementation of world-class SaaS products
  •       Experience with CRM implementations and system integrations preferred

Technical Skills:

  •       Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment
  •       Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and data synchronization
  •       Knowledge of database management, data migration, and ETL processes
  •       Understanding of SaaS application technical features and implementation challenges
  •       Experience with web technologies (REST APIs, JSON, XML, etc.)
  •       Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions
  •       Basic scripting and automation skills

Soft Skills:

  •       Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  •       Customer success-oriented attitude with technical mindset
  •       Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  •       Ability to manage multiple technical projects and implementations simultaneously
  •       Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
  •       Flexibility to travel as required
  •       Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  •       Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  •       Knowledge of data security and compliance requirements
  •       Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  •       Certification in relevant technologies (APIs, Cloud platforms, etc.)
  •       Experience working with global clients and distributed teams
  •       Understanding of agile implementation methodologies
