About The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Business Analyst

with 3–5 years of experience in the

insurance domain

. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements, and will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Roles & Responsibilties

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across insurance functions (e.g., underwriting, claims, policy administration).
Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, testers, and business users.
Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect tracking.
Ensure solutions align with business goals and regulatory standards.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
