Business Analyst Executive Assistant

At JLL, we are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical analytical support across multiple business lines while coordinating essential reporting functions. You'll work closely with leadership teams to drive data-informed decision making and support strategic initiatives. What your day-to-day will look like:

• Manage revenue tracking and forecasting, including regular projections and flash updates
• Serve as the point of contact for invoice collection and distribution, tracking collections and TDS certificates
• Coordinate weekly and monthly meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items
• Build comprehensive case studies for large transactions when required and coordinate with teams across various business lines
• Coordinate with different support functions such as Marketing, HR and other departments to ensure completion of multiple projects.
• Analyze P&L statements to identify revenue trends and potential cost reduction areas
• Prepare quarterly city commentary and competition updates through coordination with City Leads
• Create internal feedback mechanisms and implement best practices for workplace improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar analytical role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation creation
• Strong communication skills with ability to respond to emails within established timeframes
• Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial real estate or related industry
• Knowledge of financial analysis and revenue tracking
• Experience with CRM systems and data management tools
• Previous experience in coordinating cross-functional team activities
• Project management experience
• Background in creating business cases or case studies
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling
