Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, document, and analyse business requirements from stakeholders.
Collaborate with the development team to design and implement effective IT solutions.
Create functional specifications, use cases, process flow diagrams, and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes.
Facilitate meetings and discussions between technical teams and business users.
Support project management activities such as requirement prioritization, testing, and deployment.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including BRD (Business Requirement Document) and SRS (Software Requirement Specification).
Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business needs.
Identify process improvement opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
Communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
