About the Role:

Business Analyst with strong IT / digital project delivery background


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with business users to gather and analyse requirements.
  • Convert requirements into

    BRD, FRS, user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria

    .
  • Document

    AS-IS and TO-BE

    business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in

    Agile ceremonies

    — sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with

    developers and QA teams

    for feature delivery and defect resolution.
  • Support

    UAT

    through test case review, issue tracking and sign-off coordination.
  • Maintain

    project documentation

    including release notes and user guides.
  • Perform data validation and basic analysis using

    SQL / Excel / BI tools

    .


Required Skills:

  • 4–6 years experience as

    Business Analyst in IT / digital transformation projects

    .
  • Strong understanding of

    SDLC & Agile / Scrum methodologies

    .
  • Hands-on experience preparing

    BRD, FRS, user stories, workflow diagrams

    .
  • Practical experience in

    stakeholder management across cross-functional teams

    .
  • Proficiency using

    JIRA & Confluence

    and

    Visio / Lucidchart / Figma

    for process mapping.
  • Working knowledge of

    SQL

    for data validation.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with

    APIs, JSON, system integrations

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Power BI / Tableau / Looker

    dashboards.
  • Exposure to

    cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

    or

    UX / wireframes

    .
  • Certifications such as

    CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master

    .


Preferred Background:

  • SaaS / Product companies
  • IT consulting / Digital transformation firms


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with international stakeholders
  • Team collaboration and ownership attitude
