Responsibilities

• Partner with business and academic teams to identify operational challenges, assess needs, and propose actionable solutions.

• Conduct structured research and market benchmarking to provide insights into industry trends, student outcomes and corporate requirements.

• Manage and analyse business data to support decision-making, especially for enterprise and corporate partnerships.

• Support pilot launches and beta testing of new initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and smooth execution.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (placements, program delivery, enterprise relations) to ensure efficiency in processes and high-quality learner experiences.

• Maintain accurate data and dashboards for enterprise clients, preparing periodic reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business (BBA, MBA) or related fields; technical degrees (B.Tech / BE) with business acumen are also welcome.

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, research, or consulting.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with comfort in handling data and drawing meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.

• High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Proficiency with MS Office and comfort with data/technology tools; familiarity with CRM or reporting platforms is a plus.
