Role Overview

Business Analyst

The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical delivery — defining data models, validating integration requirements, and ensuring business value is realized through accurate reporting and visualization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements related to

  Oracle Fusion and Power BI

  .
• Conduct

  workshops, gap analysis, and impact assessments

  for data integration and transformation initiatives.

Documentation & Specifications

• Translate business needs into

  functional specifications, user stories, and data models

  .
• Maintain

  process documentation, BRDs, FRDs, and change logs

  .

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with

  solution architects, data engineers, and developers

  to ensure successful implementation of data pipelines and dashboards.
• Support

  UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

  and

  training

  for business users.

Governance & Quality

• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and alignment with

  data governance standards

  .
• Track requirement changes and manage business expectations in

  Agile/Scrum

  environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years

  of experience as a

  Business Analyst

  , with

  3+ years in Oracle Fusion to Power BI conversion or ERP data/reporting

  projects.
• Strong understanding of

  data domains

  such as

  Material, Customer, Supplier, and BOM Master

  .
• Familiarity with

  Oracle Fusion

  ,

  Power BI

  , and

  data integration

  concepts.
• Proficiency in

  requirements management tools

  (JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel).
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in

  Agile/Scrum

  methodologies.

Good to Have / Preferred

• Certifications in

  Business Analysis

  (CBAP, CCBA) or

  Data Analytics

  (Power BI, CIMP).
• Experience in

  data governance, ETL, or metadata management

  .
• Background in

  ERP reporting or BI migration

  projects.
