Job Description

Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
Coordinate with development, QA, and support teams to ensure clear communication of project needs.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, requirement specifications, and process flow diagrams.
Support project execution, testing, and implementation to ensure deliverables meet business expectations.
Handle client communication for requirement clarification, updates, and issue resolution.
Assist in data analysis, report generation, and process improvement initiatives.
Manage documentation and tracking of change requests, invoices, and project deliverables.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 3+ yrs as a Business Analyst or in a similar IT role.
Strong understanding of SDLC, project documentation, and requirement gathering.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Knowledge of data analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
