Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) to support our business development team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in handling clients, managing Upwork accounts, and preparing tailored proposals. This role requires strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Upwork and similar platforms for lead generation and client communication.
• Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals and presentations.
• Assist in requirement gathering, documentation, and initial project scoping.
• Handle client interactions professionally to build trust and long-term relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align client expectations with deliverables.
• Support the sales cycle by providing timely responses and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in pre-sales, business analysis, or related role.
• Proven experience with Upwork or similar platforms.
• Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and present effective solutions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
