Currently in the pre-revenue stage with a validated product and early pilots, CognitiveBotics is now embarking on its commercialization journey in India and select global markets.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst with 1–3 years of experience to support our IT projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and help deliver technology solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements.
• Work with IT teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support business process mapping, gap analysis, and preparation of requirement documents (BRD, FRD, user stories).
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA teams during UAT and ensure business needs are validated.
• Provide support during implementation and help create user manuals/training materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in IT/software projects).
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile methodology.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Good to Have (Optional)

• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, or reporting tools.
• Exposure to Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Certification such as ECBA, Agile BA, or Scrum Foundation.
